Ingredients

  • 1mediumavocado – peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 1 ⅓cupsmilk
  • 1scoopvanilla ice cream
  • 5cubes ice
  • 3tablespoonswhite sugar
  • 1teaspoonfresh lemon or lime juice

  • Directions

    Combine avocado, milk, ice cream, ice, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Purée until smooth.
