Ingredients

  • ¾cupsliced celery
  • ⅓cupdried sweet cherries
  • ⅓cupfrozen green peas, thawed
  • 3tablespoonschopped fresh parsley
  • 1tablespoonchopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 ½tablespoonsfat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 ½tablespoonsplain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 ½teaspoonsfresh lemon juice
  • ⅛teaspoonsalt
  • ⅛teaspoonground black pepper

  • Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine the celery, cherries, peas, parsley and pecans. Stir in the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
