Ingredients

  • 6cupstightly packed chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1poundcooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • ½cupfinely shredded Parmesan cheese, such as Cracker Barrel
  • ½cupseasoned croutons
  • Caesar dressing, such as Kraft

  • Directions

    Arrange lettuce on four serving plates. Top with chicken, Parmesan, and croutons, then drizzle with dressing.

    You can use sliced, cooked steak instead of chicken.
