Ingredients

  • ¼cupbutter
  • 2tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2poundsBrussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 1tablespoonjerk seasoning
  • 1tablespooncurry powder
  • 1tablespoonbrown sugar
  • 2teaspoonsgarlic powder

  • Directions

    Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts, jerk seasoning, curry powder, brown sugar, and garlic powder; stir until evenly coated. Cook and stir until Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly caramelized, about 5 to 10 minutes.



    Cook’s Note

    Adjust jerk seasoning to your preference. For extra sweetness, add 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
