Ingredients

  • 2(11 ounce) cansMexican-style corn, drained
  • 1 ½cupsshredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1cuplight sour cream
  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 1(8 ounce) package1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1(4 ounce) candiced green chiles
  • ½cupdiced green onion
  • 2jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped

  • Directions

    Mix corn, Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, green chiles, green onion, and jalapeño pepper together in a bowl. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
