Ingredients

  • 1(16 ounce) packagefarfalle bow tie pasta
  • 1(12 ounce) bagbroccoli florets
  • 10 ouncescherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1bunchgreen onions, sliced
  • ½cupchopped celery
  • ½red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2cupscreamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
  • ⅓cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼cupwhite sugar or to taste
  • ½teaspoondried basil or to taste
  • ½teaspoonsalt or to taste

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook bow tie pasta at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain. Quickly rinse the cooked pasta in cold water to stop it from continuing to cook; drain.

    Mix cooled pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, sliced green onions, celery, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper in a large bowl.

    Gently stir salad dressing and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl until evenly mixed; season to taste with sugar, basil, and salt.

    Pour salad dressing mixture over pasta mixture; gently toss to coat evenly.
