Ingredients

  • 7(1 ounce) squaresbittersweet chocolate
  • ½cupheavy cream
  • 3tablespoonsbutter
  • 3tablespoonsbrandy

  • Directions

    Melt chocolate, cream, butter or margarine, and brandy together in a high-sided saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth.

    Cool completely and then spread or pipe over cake or cupcakes.
