Ingredients

  • 2(14.5 ounce) cansItalian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1(26 ounce) cantomato soup
  • 1cupmilk
  • ½cupwater
  • 4ouncescrumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2tablespoonsminced garlic
  • 1tablespoondried basil
  • 1teaspoononion powder

  • Directions

    Combine diced tomatoes, tomato soup, milk, and water in a large saucepan over medium heat; stir in Gorgonzola cheese, garlic, basil, and onion powder. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
