Ingredients

  • 2(14 ounce) canshearts of palm, drained and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1mango – peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1avocado, diced
  • ¾cupwatercress
  • ⅓onion, sliced
  • 1tablespoonchopped cilantro
  • ¼cuprice wine vinegar
  • 1teaspoonwhite sugar
  • ¼teaspoonground black pepper
  • ¼teaspoonsalt

  • Directions

    Combine hearts of palm, mango, avocado, watercress, onion, and cilantro together in a bowl.

    Whisk vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt together in a bowl; pour over salad and toss to coat.



    Cook's Note:

    For variety, substitute mandarin oranges for mango or add jalapeno for increased spice.
