Ingredients

  • 1headcabbage, cored and shredded
  • 2bunchesgreen onions, chopped
  • 1(16 ounce) packagefrozen green peas
  • 1cupdry roasted peanuts
  • 1cupsour cream
  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • ¼cupwhite vinegar
  • 2tablespoonscurry powder
  • ½teaspoonground ginger
  • 1teaspoonground cayenne pepper

  • Directions

    In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, green onions, peas, and peanuts.

    In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, curry powder, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Toss with the slaw to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
