Ingredients

  • 2largeavocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • ½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½cupbrown sugar
  • ⅓cupcoconut milk
  • 2teaspoonsvanilla extract
  • 1pinchground cinnamon (Optional)

  • Directions

    Blend avocados, cocoa powder, brown sugar, coconut milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Transfer pudding to a container with a lid; refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.

    There are many substitutes that you can use, such as almond milk, your favorite sweetener, and different spices.
