Ingredients

  • 2pintscherry tomatoes, halved
  • salt, to taste
  • ¼cupmayonnaise
  • ¼cupsour cream
  • 2tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
  • 1garlic clove, minced
  • 3cupsfresh corn kernels
  • ¼cuptorn basil leaves
  • 1smallred onion, quartered and thinly sliced
  • ½cupraisins
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Directions

    Salt tomatoes in a bowl and set aside. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and garlic; set aside. Add corn, basil, onion and raisins to tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and toss with dressing.
