Add chicken broth 1 cup at a time, whisking well after each addition. Add bouillon, garlic powder, rosemary, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth, about 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low; simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
