Ingredients

  • 2cupssalsa
  • 1(15.25 ounce) cansweet corn, drained
  • 1(15 ounce) canblack beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1avocado – peeled, pitted, and cut into cubes
  • ¼cupchopped cilantro

    Mix rice, salsa, corn, beans, chicken, avocado, and cilantro together in a bowl.
