Ingredients

  • ¼teaspooncream of tartar
  • ½cupboiling water

  • Directions

    Stir sugar, egg white, vanilla, and cream of tartar together in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add boiling water and mix with the whisk attachment until stiff peaks form.
