Ingredients

  • 1poundcooked shrimp – peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 4hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 4tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1teaspoonDijon mustard
  • 1sprigchopped fresh dill
  • 4leavesgreen leaf lettuce

  • Directions

    In a medium bowl, mix together shrimp, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and dill. Spoon onto lettuce leaves to serve.
