Tomato Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

  • ½avocado – peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1teaspoongarlic salt
  • 1sliceciabatta bread
  • 3slicestomato
  • 1pinchground black pepper to taste

  • Directions

    Mix together avocado and garlic salt in a small bowl; spread onto ciabatta bread. Layer tomatoes over avocado and season with black pepper.
