Ingredients

  • 4ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • ¼cupminced garlic
  • 2tablespoonslemon juice
  • ⅓cupplain yogurt
  • ⅓cupsour cream
  • 1cupdiced English cucumber
  • ¼cupchopped fresh mint
  • ¼cupchopped fresh dill
  • 3tablespoonschopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 ½tablespoonsred pepper flakes
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • Directions

    Combine avocados, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl; mash into a paste using a fork or spoon. Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.



    Cook's Note:

    This recipe should be mixed by hand with either a fork or a spoon. Using a blender or food processor does not obtain the same results.
