Ingredients

  • 3tablespoonshoney
  • mustard
  • 2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
  • 3tablespoonsolive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • Directions

    Gather all ingredients.

    Combine all ingredients in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Remove most of the air and close the bag. Massage the bag to mix the ingredients.

    When well combined, open the bag and add about 1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken pieces, or 4 to 6 boneless pork chops. Squeeze out air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
