Ingredients

  • ½banana, mashed
  • ⅓cupvanilla soy milk
  • ¼cupplain Greek yogurt
  • ¼cuprolled oats
  • 1tablespoonhoney
  • 1tablespooncreamy peanut butter
  • 1tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½tablespoonchia seeds
  • 1pinchsalt

  • Directions

    Combine banana, soy milk, Greek yogurt, oats, honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt in a Mason jar or lidded container; cover. Refrigerate before serving, at least 4 hours.



    Cook’s Note

    You can substitute almond milk for soy milk if preferred.
