Ingredients

  • 2tablespoonsbrown sugar
  • 2tablespoonsdry mustard
  • 2tablespoonsgranulated onion
  • 2tablespoonspaprika
  • 2tablespoonskosher salt
  • 1tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1tablespoonground coriander
  • 1tablespoonground cumin
  • 1tablespoonground black pepper
  • 1teaspooncayenne pepper, or to taste

  • Directions

    Mix together brown sugar, dry mustard, granulated onion, paprika, kosher salt, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Store in an airtight container if not using right away.
