Hot Spinach, Artichoke, and Swiss Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2cupslight mayonnaise
  • 2cupsshredded Swiss cheese
  • 1(10 ounce) boxfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1(10 ounce) canwater-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2tablespoonsfinely chopped onion
  • ½cupgrated Parmesan cheese

  • Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Blend mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and onion in a food processor. Spoon into a baking dish.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and continue to bake until lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 more minutes.

    Serve hot.



    Cook's Note:

    I use Finlandia(R) cheese. You can use regular, light, or lacy.
