Ingredients

  • 3largeeggs, separated, divided
  • 1cupwhite sugar
  • ½cupbutter, melted
  • 1(4 ounce) packageParmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ¾cupsour cream
  • 1teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1cuprice flour
  • 1tablespoonsesame seeds, or to taste

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Beat egg whites in a glass, metal, or ceramic bowl until firm but not stiff.

    Combine sugar and melted butter in a large bowl; beat on high speed until creamy.

    Mix in egg yolks until well blended.
