Ingredients

  • 1smallapple, peeled and chopped
  • ½cupbaby spinach leaves
  • 1tablespoonchia seeds
  • 2 ½cupscold almond milk
  • 1teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1tablespoonfresh blueberries, or to taste

  • Directions

    Place apple, spinach, and chia seeds into a blender. Add almond milk and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with blueberries.



    Cook's Note:

    You can use any plant-based or regular milk you like. You can use quinoa instead of chia seeds.
