Ingredients

  • 2tart apples, cored and cubed
  • cuplime juice
  • ½mediumonion, finely chopped
  • ½cupchopped walnuts, lightly toasted
  • 1fresh Anaheim chile pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1fresh jalapeño chile pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 2tablespoonscoarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • peeled and thinly sliced fresh ginger
  • ¼teaspoonsalt

  • Directions

    Toss apples with lime juice in a large bowl until well coated; stir in onion, walnuts, Anaheim, jalapeño, cilantro, ginger, and salt until thoroughly combined.
