Ingredients

  • 1 ½cupswater
  • 1(12 ounce) jarhot yellow peppers with brine
  • 1cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 2tablespoonspickling spice (such as McCormick)
  • 1tablespoonwhite sugar
  • 2teaspoonssalt
  • 1teaspoonground turmeric
  • 8hard-boiled eggs, peeled

  • Directions

    Stir water, peppers and brine, vinegar, pickling spice, sugar, salt, and turmeric together in a ½-gallon mason jar or container. Add eggs; seal container. Refrigerate for at least 2 days.
