Ingredients

  • 2poundsBrussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
  • 2mediumGranny Smith apples, cored and chopped
  • ⅓cupavocado oil
  • 5slicesturkey bacon, chopped
  • 2tablespoonsmaple syrup
  • ¼teaspoonground black pepper
  • ¼teaspoonsea salt
  • 1pinchground thyme, or to taste
  • 1pinchdried marjoram, or to taste
  • 1pinchcrushed dried rosemary, or to taste
  • 1 pinch crushed dried lavender, or to taste
  • 1pinchfennel seeds, or to taste
  • 1pinchdried oregano, or to taste

  • Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Mix Brussels sprouts, apples, oil, bacon, maple syrup, pepper, salt, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, lavender, fennel, and oregano together in a large bowl. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.

    Roast in the preheated oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and bacon is crisp, 30 to 35 minutes.
