Directions
Stir lime juice, mustard, and sugar together in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil until dressing thickens slightly.
Place tuna in a separate medium bowl; add onion, cucumber, parsley, and capers. Drizzle dressing over tuna mixture; fold together to keep tuna chunky. Season with salt and pepper.
Halve pita; open to form 2 pockets. Place lettuce inside each half; divide tuna, tomatoes, olives, and feta evenly between pockets.
