Ingredients

  • 3(4.5 ounce) canstuna packed in olive oil, drained
  • ½cupunsalted butter at room temperature
  • 3tablespoonscapers, drained
  • 1tablespoonchopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 1teaspoonlemon juice (Optional)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • Directions

    Combine tuna, butter, capers, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until smooth.
