Ingredients

  • nonstick spray
  • 2(15 ounce) canspork and beans
  • 1(16 ounce) cankidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1(15 ounce) canlima beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1onion, chopped
  • ½cuppacked brown sugar
  • ½cupketchup
  • ½teaspoondry mustard
  • 4stripscooked bacon, crumbled

  • Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 2 ½-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.

    Combine pork and beans, kidney beans, lima beans, onion, brown sugar, ketchup, and dry mustard in a large bowl; transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil; continue baking until bubbling, about 30 minutes more.



    Cook’s Note

    You can substitute butter beans for lima beans.
