Ingredients

  • 2poundsground beef
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2(15 ounce) cansranch-style beans
  • 1(15.25 ounce) canwhole kernel corn
  • 1(14.5 ounce) canpeeled and diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1(10 ounce) candiced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 1(1.25 ounce) packagetaco seasoning mix

  • Directions

    Combine ground beef and onion in a large pot over medium-high heat; sauté until meat is browned and crumbly and onion is tender, 5 to 10 minutes; drain excess fat.

    Stir in beans, corn, tomatoes with juice, tomatoes with green chile peppers, and taco seasoning; mix well. Reduce heat to medium and cook until heated through, about 15 minutes.
