Ingredients

  • 3(15 ounce) cansgreat northern beans
  • 2teaspoonsground cumin
  • 1teaspoonground coriander
  • 1teaspoongarlic salt
  • 2teaspoonsminced garlic
  • 1teaspoondried oregano
  • 3teaspoonsbrown sugar
  • 2(4 ounce) canschopped green chile peppers
  • ½mediumonion, chopped, or more to taste
  • 1(10.5 ounce) cancondensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2(14.5 ounce) canslow-sodium chicken broth
  • 3poundsshredded, cooked chicken breast

  • Directions

    Place (in the following order) beans, cumin, coriander, garlic salt, oregano, brown sugar, chile peppers, onion, condensed soup, chicken broth, and shredded chicken in a 6-quart slow cooker. Give it a good stir and cover.

    Cook on Low, 10 to 12 hours.



    Cook's Note:

    Depending on your slow cooker, it may require a higher temperature.
